The series in short
The site has separate pages for the HearLink 3050, 5050, 7050 and 9050 levels, and for the miniRITE R and miniBTE R styles: levels and styles. The right level and style are decided after a test, by your hearing, your needs and your routine. If you are not sure which model you have, photograph the hearing aid and the charger and send them to us.
Before a first appointment
If you are considering Philips HearLink, the appointment starts with a hearing test and a conversation about your routine: where it is hard to hear, how important a phone connection is to you, and whether you prefer a rechargeable hearing aid. Only then are the level and style chosen. It helps to come with a list of situations where you find it hard to hear, and with the phone you use.
What not to do when something is not working
- Do not take the hearing aid or the charger apart.
- Wipe a hearing aid that got wet on the outside, without heat.
- Clean only according to the instructions for use, without solvents.
If the basic checks did not help, send us what is happening, in which ear and since when.
