Hearing tests in Israel
When to get tested, where, and what happens next.
Hearing tests
Not everyone wants to, or can, go out for a hearing test. G-Sound carries out hearing tests at the customer’s home, by appointment and depending on the area, so the first step is a simple one.

The appointment starts with a talk about your routine: where hearing gets in the way and what matters most to you. Then the hearing test is carried out, and at the end the results are explained. More on where and when to get tested: Hearing tests in Israel.
If a hearing aid is relevant, you can look at the options together. The demonstration and the fitting can take place where you will really use the hearing aid: in front of your own TV, and in conversation with the people you live with. See Hearing aid fitting at home. The decision stays yours, and there is no obligation to continue.
A home hearing test does not replace urgent medical care. Sudden hearing loss, ear pain, discharge or dizziness are reasons to see a doctor without delay.
Write down the answers, or ask a family member who is there to note them.
If it is hard to find time in the middle of the day, you can ask about arranging the test at your workplace. Mention it when you get in touch, together with the area and convenient hours. Choose a small, quiet meeting room, away from the kitchenette and the coffee corner.
