How the choice is made

A recommendation should follow a current hearing assessment and a clear picture of where hearing is difficult: conversation in noise, television, phone calls, meetings or family gatherings. Comfort, ease of handling, preference for rechargeable or battery-powered devices and smartphone use all shape the final choice.

  1. Conversation about your needs and any existing hearing test.
  2. Choice of brand, family and style that fits the assessment.
  3. Fitting and programming, followed by adjustments over time.
