Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a hearing aid?

The choice follows a current hearing assessment and your everyday listening needs. Style, brand and level are then chosen together and the hearing aids are fitted and fine-tuned.

Can I get help choosing an accessory?

Yes. Share your hearing-aid model and what you want to do, for example TV, phone calls or conversation in noise, and compatibility is checked first.

Are there solutions for TV and phone calls?

Yes. Depending on the hearing-aid model, a TV adapter, direct phone streaming or a remote microphone may help. Compatibility is checked first.

How do I order custom earplugs?

Call or send a WhatsApp message, explain the intended use, and an appointment for the measurement is arranged.

Is the measurement taken with an impression or a scan?

Either, depending on the ear and the intended use: a physical ear impression or a scanning process.

What happens when I reorder and my measurements exist?

When the measurements were kept, a reorder may be possible without a new measurement. Suitability is checked for each case.

How do I contact G-Sound?

Call 055-3333338 or send a WhatsApp message to the same number. Service is by appointment.
