How the nationwide model works

Hearing care used to mean finding a clinic nearby and travelling to it for every step. G-Sound works differently: the service comes to the situation, not the other way round. You call or send a WhatsApp message, explain what you need and where you are, and we agree the most practical route for that case. Depending on the service, that can be a visit at home or at work, a pickup, sending an item, or handling at the laboratory.

We say "nationwide" because we arrange service across the country, not because there is an office in every town. There are no local branch addresses on this site, and none should be assumed.

1. Hearing-aid fitting

Hearing tests, demonstrations, fitting, adjustments and follow-up can be arranged at the client's home, by appointment and according to need. They can also be arranged at work or in another suitable setting. Fitting at home has a practical advantage: settings can be checked against your real environment, such as your own TV, the room where conversations are hard, or the phone you actually use. 2. Repairs and repair coordination

G-Sound provides service for hearing aids across the country. Depending on the service area, the type of device and the fault, a home visit, pickup, sending the device or handling at the laboratory can be arranged. Service options and costs are checked in advance for each case.

Before you call, note the hearing-aid model, what exactly is happening (quiet, whistling, not charging, not connecting) and when it started. G-Sound owns and operates the Haifa hearing-device laboratory. This laboratory is independent and is not the Philips laboratory. For Philips devices, when a check cannot be resolved through first-line support, the next steps are coordinated with Philips' separate authorised laboratory. More on hearing aid repair.

3. Custom earplugs

Custom earplugs are available nationwide, fitted to the need, the use and the shape of your own ear. There are four types: earmoulds for hearing aids, swimming earplugs, sleep earplugs and noise earplugs. We come to you by appointment, take the measurement, and the earplugs are sent to you. They are made from a flexible material, and the production time is given after the measurement is taken. See custom earplugs and custom noise earplugs.

What to tell us when you call

  • Which service you need: test, fitting, adjustment, repair or earplugs.
  • Your town or area.
  • If there is a device: brand and model, and what is happening with it.
  • Who will be present, for example a family member helping a parent.

We will explain the route that fits the case and agree an appointment or the next step. Please do not send sensitive medical information by message.
