Contact for institutions and communities

Want to arrange a hearing day, a talk or training for your staff? One conversation is enough to get started.

In short: to arrange a hearing activity at an institution or in a community, call 055-3333338 or write to us on WhatsApp. It is worth preparing in advance: the type of institution, the population, what you want to hold, the preferred language, a possible date range and who the contact person is on your side. From there we build the format together. Activities for institutions are available nationwide, by appointment. Terms and a personal proposal are given after the need has been clarified, according to the activity and the service requested.

Care and service for hearing aids

Cleaning, filters, minor repairs and minor adjustments on site, depending on the hearing aid and the case; further treatment at a laboratory by arrangement.

What to prepare for the conversation

  • The type of institution. Assisted living, a nursing home, a care facility, a club, a community centre or a community.
  • The population. Independent residents, residents who need help, people with dementia, a multilingual community.
  • What you want to hold. A talk, a hearing day, hearing aid fittings, care of existing hearing aids, training for staff or families — or you are not yet sure, and that is fine.
  • The preferred language. Hebrew, Arabic, English, French, Russian, Spanish or Italian, with an interpreter when needed. The language of the session and the team for the activity are agreed in advance.
  • What prompted you to get in touch. For example: residents who do not respond in activities, many hearing aids in drawers, staff asking for training.
  • A date range that suits the institution, and the hours when residents are available.
  • A contact person on your side, and who else needs to be involved in the decision.

What happens after you get in touch

  1. A planning call. We understand the need and suggest a format. Terms and a personal proposal are given after the need has been clarified, according to the activity and the service requested.
  2. Planning. We agree on a date, what the institution prepares and what we bring. There is also a checklist for organising a hearing day for you.
  3. The session. We hold the activity, with your contact person alongside us.
  4. Summary and next steps. We summarise what came up and the next steps for everyone who needs follow-up.

Activities for institutions are available nationwide, by appointment. The team for the activity is set according to the need.

Who usually contacts us

Requests come from different roles in the institution, and each one comes with a slightly different question. A social worker usually tells us about residents who are withdrawing from activities or about families asking what to do. An activities coordinator is looking for a talk or an activity that will interest the residents. A head of nursing describes hearing aids that are not charged, go missing or are not used. And an institution manager wants to know how to build an organised response, and what it requires of the staff. You do not need to know in advance which format suits you — it is enough to describe what is happening at your place.

Before you call

If you would like to read first, it is worth starting with the solutions for institutions page and the frequently asked questions from managers. And if your request is about one person's hearing aid rather than an activity for an institution, you can get in touch through the general contact page.

At the initial contact stage there is no need to send personal medical information. See the privacy policy (in Hebrew).

Frequently asked questions

Questions about contacting us as an institution

How do we get in touch to arrange an activity at the institution?

By phone on 055-3333338 or by WhatsApp message. Tell us about the institution and what you want to hold, and we will arrange a call.

What should we prepare before the call?

The type of institution, the population, what you want to hold, what prompted you to get in touch, the preferred language, a date range and a contact person on your side.

Which areas do you work in?

Nationwide, by appointment.

How are the terms set?

Terms and a personal proposal are given after the need has been clarified, according to the activity and the service requested.

Is there a contact form on the website?

No. Institutions get in touch by phone or WhatsApp, so the need can be understood already in the first conversation.

I am not sure what the institution needs. Can I still get in touch?

Yes. Most requests start with a description of what is happening on the ground, and we build the format together in conversation.

Please do not send sensitive medical information in a message. We go over the relevant details on the phone.
