Each employee gets an earplug made to the measurement of their own ear, and the whole request goes through one contact person at G-Sound, even for a small business. We come to your factory, worksite or office, take an ear measurement for each employee, and the earplugs are sent to you by mail.

How we work with an organisation
- Request and clarification. One contact person describes the working environment, the need and the number of employees.
- Checking and scheduling. We look at the type of work, the number of people and where the fitting will take place, and set the date in advance.
- Measurement. For each employee, in the way that suits the ear and the use.
- Production and delivery. The earplugs are made to the measurement and sent. The production time is given after the measurement is taken.

Each environment has a page with the questions we go over with you before the measurement. The earplug itself is a custom noise earplug, and the order is matched to the use you describe.

What we go over with you
- Type of work. The earplug is made for its use, so we need to understand how the employees will use it.
- Number of people. How many employees are interested, and whether they all need the same type.
- Where the measurements are taken. At the company offices, on site or elsewhere. The location and the arrangements are checked in advance.
- Other equipment and communication. Helmets, safety glasses or ear defenders, and whether employees need to hear speech or signals.
- Employees with a hearing aid. Earmolds for hearing aids have their own page.
Who decides what
The type of protection for each workstation and task is decided by the professionals in your organisation. We are responsible for taking the measurement and making the earplug to the measurement and for the use you described.
What we do not publish
We do not publish technical values and we do not promise a particular level of protection. In the conversation we go over the working environment and the need.
New employees, or an earplug that was lost
A new employee needs their own measurement. When an earplug is lost, a reorder from the saved measurement may be possible where suitable, after checking that it can be used. About reorders.
