Reordering Custom Earplugs
In short: If we have already made an earplug for you, you do not always need a new measurement. Where suitable, the measurement can be kept for a reorder: another pair, a replacement for an earplug you lost, or an earplug for another use. We come to you at home or at your workplace, take an ear measurement, and your earplugs are sent to you by mail.

- Whether your measurement has been kept.
- Which type of earplug you want now, and whether it differs from the previous one.
- Whether the saved measurement can be used, or whether a new measurement is better.

- Together, we check whether the saved measurement can be used.
- If it can, we make the earplug and send it to you.
- If a new measurement is needed, we come to you by appointment.
