What to tell us

With music, how the earplug will be used matters especially. A musician in a band sometimes needs to hear the other players. A DJ works facing a particular speaker for a long time. A member of an event-hall crew needs to hear guests and colleagues. The more you tell us, the better we understand what you need.

• What is your role? Playing, DJing, sound, production or working on the event crew.
• How long, and how often? A weekly rehearsal, weekend gigs or work almost every evening.
• What do you need to hear while you work? The band, the audience, customers or the crew.
• What have you tried so far? Ready-made earplugs that moved, fell out or were uncomfortable.

Realistic expectations

A custom noise earplug is made to the measurement of your ear, so it does not come in an off-the-shelf size. Even so, we do not commit to how the music, your voice or your instrument will sound with the earplug in, and we do not publish numbers or values. It is also worth knowing what the earplug is not: it is not an in-ear monitor and it is not an earphone. If your question is about amplification or monitoring equipment, tell us and we will say honestly whether it is within what we do.

If something does not feel right after the earplug arrives, contact us. Repair and refit options are checked case by case.

For a band, an ensemble or a production crew

A band, an event hall or a production company can contact us on behalf of the whole crew. We go over the type of activity, the number of people and where the measurements will be taken, and the arrangements are checked in advance for each case. How it works

1. A conversation to understand what you need.
2. An appointment is arranged in advance, between rehearsals and gigs too. We come to you.
3. Your ear is measured in the way that suits the ear and the intended use.
4. The earplug is made to the measurement, from a flexible material. The production time is given after the measurement is taken.
5. The earplug is sent to you.

Service is available anywhere in Israel, by appointment.

Because the production time is given only after the measurement, it is worth getting in touch early, before a tour.

After the earplug arrives

• A fixed case in your gig bag. An earplug left on the stage, on the DJ booth or in a pocket gets dirty and lost easily.
• A personal earplug stays personal. It was made to the measurement of your ear and is not passed around the band or the crew.
• Clean it as instructed. How to clean it is given for each type of earplug. If you have lost the instructions, contact us and we will send them again. See also Earplug care and hygiene.
• Do not fix it yourself. If the earplug moves, presses or changes, do not cut or file it. Contact us.
