Custom Earplugs for Event Hall and Venue Staff
In short: Waiters, bartenders, shift managers, security teams and stage crews at event halls and garden venues work near loud music for whole evenings. A custom earplug is made to the measurement of each worker's ear, and ordered for what they need to hear while working: guests, instructions or their colleagues. Venue owners can arrange measurements for the whole team, by appointment. We come to your factory, worksite or office, take an ear measurement for each employee, and the earplugs are sent to you by mail.

At a wedding or a large event, the music reaches every corner of the hall, not only the people standing next to the speakers. Staff who work several evenings a week spend long hours in that environment.

Hearing the guests
For most hall staff, the first need is to hear people, not only to turn the music down. So the main question in the conversation is what the worker needs to hear during the job. We do not promise what you will hear with the earplug in; we make it to the measurement and for the use you described.
For venue owners and team managers
When several workers are interested, you can set one date and take measurements for all of them. We come by appointment, at a time that suits the venue, and take the measurement of each worker separately. See Measurement day at your workplace and Earplugs for businesses and employees.

Musicians, DJs and production crews
People who play, sing or DJ at an event need to hear the music itself, which is a different need. There is a separate page for that: Earplugs for musicians, DJs and events.
How it works
- A conversation about what you need: where, how long each day, and what you need to hear while using it.
- An appointment is arranged in advance, and we come to you.
- Your ear is measured in the way that suits the ear and the intended use.
- The earplug is made to the measurement, from a flexible material. The production time is given after the measurement is taken.
- The earplug is sent to you.
Service is available anywhere in Israel, by appointment.

Before you order
- What we do not publish. We do not publish technical values, and we do not promise a particular level of protection or what you will hear with the earplug in.
- An earplug is not a medical treatment. If you have pain, discharge, irritation that does not go away or a sudden change in hearing, stop using the earplug and see a doctor. If there is pain, discharge, inflammation or a blockage in the ear, see a doctor first, and only then have the measurement taken.
After the earplug arrives
- Clean hands before you put the earplug in and before you take it out.
- A fixed case. An earplug left in a pocket or on a work surface gets dirty and lost easily.
- Clean it as instructed. How to clean it is given for each type of earplug. If you have lost the instructions, contact us and we will send them again.
- A personal earplug stays personal. It was made to the measurement of your ear and is not passed to anyone else.
- Do not fix it yourself. If the earplug moves, presses or changes, do not cut or file it. Contact us.

Can measurements be arranged for the whole venue team?
Yes. We come by appointment and take the ear measurement of each worker. The date, the location and the format are checked in advance.
Does the earplug work with a radio earpiece?

How is this different from an earplug for musicians?
Musicians and DJs need to hear the music itself, while hall staff mainly need to hear people. That is why we ask in the conversation what the main use is.
