When an order from an existing impression may suit

• When you need another pair for the same use.
• When you lost an earplug.
• When the previous earplug wore out.

What is checked before a reorder

• Whether your impression is stored.
• Which type of earplug you want now. If it is a different type from the previous one, for example a sleep earplug instead of a swim earplug, this is checked case by case.
• Whether we can work from the stored impression, or it is better to arrange a new impression.

How it works in practice

2. We check together whether the impression is stored and whether we can work from it.
3. If we can, the earplug is prepared and sent to you.
