We come to you at home or at your workplace, take an ear measurement, and your earplugs are sent to you by mail.
How does it work, in three steps?
- We come to you: at home or at your workplace
- We take the impression: from the ear, during the visit
- We send them by mail: your earplugs are mailed to you
Service is available nationwide, by prior arrangement, for private customers as well as for businesses and employees.
What is the process, step by step?
1. First call
We find out which earplug you need and what it is for. If more than one person is interested in earplugs, tell us already in the call.
2. Scheduling
We set a time in advance. Scheduling is checked case by case.
3. Taking the impression
We come to you by prior arrangement. The impression is taken by casting.
4. Making the earplug
The earplug is made to the impression. The lead time is given after the impression is taken.
5. Delivery
The earplug is sent to you.
6. Once you have the earplug
If something does not sit well, contact us. Options for repair and refitting are checked case by case. Where suitable, the impression can be kept for a reorder. About reorders
