Recommended hearing aids: how to choose
Why there is no "best"
"Best hearing aid" lists rank devices, but they do not know your ear. The same device can suit one person very well and another less so. What matters is the test result, the shape of the ear, your daily routine and the service after the purchase.
Five questions, in order
- What does the test show? It decides which devices are possible at all.
- Which style? Behind the ear, receiver in canal or in the ear. Types explained
- Which technology level? Based on the places where hearing is hard. Technology levels
- Rechargeable or battery? Based on routine, eyesight and handling. Rechargeable hearing aids
- Phone and TV? Not every model and style supports every connection.
If a small device matters to you
Small in-the-ear devices such as IIC and CIC are nearly invisible in many ears, but they do not suit every ear and every hearing loss.
G-Sound markets all types of in-the-ear hearing aids: Oticon, Bernafon, NewSound and more.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the best hearing aid?
There is no single best hearing aid for everyone. The right one depends on the hearing test, the ear, your routine and what you need to hear.
How do I choose a hearing aid?
Start with a hearing test, then choose style, technology level, power source and connections, and check what fitting and follow-up include.
Is a smaller hearing aid a better choice?
Not necessarily. A small device is nearly invisible in many ears, but has less room for components and does not suit every ear or hearing loss.
