Who it suits

- How long each day? Two hours of writing, or a full working day.

Why consider a custom earplug
If you wear an earplug every day for long hours, you quickly notice when it presses, moves or works its way out. A custom earplug is made to the shape of your ear rather than in an off-the-shelf size, and it is meant to be used again and again. That does not make it the answer for everyone. If you only use earplugs occasionally and a ready-made one sits well, you do not necessarily need a custom earplug.
