Charging time varies by model, battery condition and use. Check the instructions for your specific model. There is no winner: a desk charger suits a fixed routine at home, the SmartCharger suits travel and long days out. Families whose Oticon pages list both include Intent, Real, More, Jet PX and CROS PX. Hearing aids with replaceable batteries, such as Oticon Verit, do not need a charger; see hearing aid batteries.

Easy LE Adapter: Android and computers

According to Oticon, the Easy LE Adapter connects USB-C Android phones and tablets and computers to hearing aids over Bluetooth LE Audio, for streaming and hands-free calls. The hearing aids must support LE Audio; for example, Oticon says Android phones and computers without LE Audio need the adapter to work with Intent. Oticon states it is not intended for iPhone, iPad, Mac or Vision Pro, and most phones with only a 3.5 mm jack will not work. The same adapter is offered by Philips for HearLink; see Philips HearLink 50 accessories.

TV Adapter 3.0

According to Oticon, the TV Adapter 3.0 lets you watch TV at your own preferred volume. Its own page lists compatible families such as More, Opn S and Xceed. Some newer families list it as an accessory on their product pages but are not in that list, so we confirm the fit for your exact model before ordering. Practical guide: hearing aids and watching TV.

Other Oticon accessories

Some Oticon product pages list further accessories, such as remote controls and classroom microphones. We do not describe them here until we have the manufacturer’s own accessory page for them; ask us and we will check what exists for your model.

How we check before you order

  1. Tell us the Oticon family and style, for example Real miniRITE R.
  2. Tell us what you want to solve: calls, music, one voice in noise, TV or charging.
  3. For phone accessories, tell us your phone model.
